Our spelling words now come from Beowulf. This week's test will be on Thursday, due to Canterbury Faire on Friday. In grammar we will work parts of speech.
Monday
- In class: Copy spelling words. Finish Beowulf ch. 2 summary. Begin reading ch. 3-4 and working on ch. summaries and characters.
Tuesday
- In class: Work on using parts of speech to unscramble sentences.
Wednesday
- Due: Beowulf ch. 3, plus summary sheet and characters.
- In class: Discuss ch. 3. Work on ch. 4 reading and summary sheet (due Monday).
Thursday
- In class: Spelling test. Continue working on parts of speech.
Friday
- No class due to Canterbury Faire.
